fan switch on/off can be done on the stock bins. If you email me the bin I can change it to what you want.

Nistune (boards) don't do it because nistune limits what areas of the bin you can write to, the code for the fans is in different places in different stock bins. Calum RT ecu allows you to change anything, so once you edit your ADR/XDF to support your particular bin you can change the fan temp settings as you like. Therefore using nistune(software) on a Calum RT for this purpose is entirely possible since nistune treats the Calum RT as an emulator. The same is possible using TunerproRT.

First you should sort out the fan issue to make sure the sensor-ecu-fan relay-fan system is working. Can you load a stock bin for the engine and verify it works, just to eliminate corruption of the bin, if it still doesn't work it may be the sensor, wiring, relay or the ECU output at fault.

The same way you can change the VQ table for different maf's, you can change the voltage-temp (or coolant temp conversion) table to suit the sensor you have instead of changing sensors.

Do you have a consult program that you can look at the live data from the engine? The stock bins usually have a fan turn on of 100 and turn of of 95 degrees Celsius respectively. You should look at what the ECU thinks the temperature is. Try ecutalk for that if you don't already have a consult program.

Me and my buddy hooked up his Nistune software to the ECU. The temp sensor was reading 85 F while the car was off, and that is what the temp was outside. I beleive the sensor works.
Maybe it is a fuse??

Also, we also tested turning on the fans manually. This worked on my stock ECU when it was installed before the calum RT, it worked.
I am thinking it has to be electric getting to the fans. I cant think of anything else.
