Drag Anti-Lag AEM Series 2
ok question for you guys, I just installed my B&M line lock
1 line is to a chassis ground then
12V from fuse box goes to push button switch then to "active" light then to the Silenoid.

question i have is do i splice from the 12V after the the button/light to go to the EMS?
I cant send a 12V signal to the ECU can i when the button is pressed?

or i can i route the ground wire to the EMS instead of the chassis to a "switched Ground" input

thing is when i hit the button can the EMS "ground" the line lock if i use it to ground it?

this is a 6601 series 2 on a Sr20det

switch the ground and send it to the ecu, like how all the other stuff work, thats how i have my 2 step wired of my clutch, the aem can trigger, both ways, when it sees ground or when it doesnt, but dont send 12vs to the ecu

That's what I figured which is why I asked. So the "switch ground" output on the e u will ground the line lock sileniod when I hit the activate button right

this diagram was for anitrous set up, but its very similar

ill draw a diagram later of exactly what you have to do, but you can use that as reference and eliminate what you dont need, they have the aem triggering the solenoid, you dont need that part

Makes sense to me but I'm not using a relay and only slicing 1 input or output from ecu.

exactly, you just need momentary switch similar to that one

K thanx I'll relocate the ground to the ecu and set up the settings.
