are they the same pin between the two cars. is it possable to repin a b14 harness into a b13 plug?

I am pretty they are. Buy why? Its easier to modify a OBDI harness to mate to the chassis.

I can just repin it in an hour if they fit into the b13 plug a lot cleaner than a jumper harness not to mention the cost diffrence

I don't believe they are. OB1 plugs are rather cheap IMO, They made OBD2 plugs a little better to avoid connectivity issues. With that said, that still doesn't answer your question, so pull a pin out and see. I might be able to do it myself if I get out to the garage.

That's a great question, and I don't know the answer, but it would be really cool if they did. Here's another question.....would cut-and-splice a B14 harness to a B13 connector be about as much effort?

I know the pin-outs are different but not sure about the plugs themselves... Don't we have two versions? The blue plug and the white plug? Aren't they divided along OBDI and OBDII lines? Wouldn't that make the B14 the white plug?

I'm 99% sure the white connectors/plugs don't plug into the blue connectors/plugs.

Cut and splice adds another point of failure, if your crimp/solder job is not up to par basically. I personally really like the idea of repinning, but my harness is a 32bit plug, which is probably worlds different from even older OBD2.

JDM OBD1's got white plugs, I actually have two of them. Sadly I don't have an OBD2 plug to compare against, but I can compare against blue obd1.
