I need flash and burn installer

I need to burn some chips for my buddy's car and moates page to download flash and burn is no longer online. Does anyone have a copy of Flash and Burn installer that they could send to me? It should fit in an email.

I found it online 2 weeks ago my computer is dead like my car and phone so I can't help you at the moment but keep looking it is out there somewhere

You can burn the chips using Tunerpro!

Turnerpro has the same software built into it from what I can remember!
