I'm assembly it myself from scratch, it is not too difficult if you willing to spend some time.
For the trigger wheel, the sr20det type of disc is natively support , stock fw sr20de / sr20ve type is not supported at the moment.
Running good with my JB Welded CAS Disc for more than a year now.

So your saying the stock SR20VE CAS and Wheel don't work??? Thought all SR20 Wheels are the same... 4 trigger inside and 360deg outside!!

I built my own MS3X over a year ago now and still on the bench.. Its going in my buggy !! 1N5/54C with GT30R turbo Fully forged motor and coated pistons and bearings I did myself.. About to start bench testing all my sensors and CAS need to get running

hope you can share the wiring on this to make it work.

What do you want to know ??? As far as wiring?

What I mean is if there is a guide on how to tap to the wiring loom from the stock ecu. In order to make it functional. I think there is also a guide here on how to tap the Greddy E Manage somewhere here in forum.

Well something like this you build your own harness.. There is no TAP per say... They have PNP units already if you want to use stock harness.. I have already done a PNP unit in my friends S13 ... GT2871R @9psi with wastegate clip missing so it LAGGED BAD and would only make 9psi but got 286WHP out of it like that.. VERY VERY good ECU's though the PNP units are built off of MS2/extra code and are not fully sequential even as such they make great tuning devices and in my example it made BIG power for what it is.. That car just sits so have not ran it at higher boost yet..

I got the MS3 and MS3X harnesses from DIYAutotune.com and I can demo how to do that harness but its going into a buggy... I think would be best to even use in a car and do the harness from scratch... Most of the pre-defined sensors that work with MS3 are all GM stuff.. GM Temp Sensors for Coolant , Air intake temp, Oil Temp if you want, You will remove the MAF and use a MAP sensor most likely and so on... So this I can document ECU and Harness , Basically make the engine run and from there you can put it in anything you like.

Nice, I'm glad to see more and more people going with megasquirt. I love mine and love the fact that the options are endless with the hardware as well.

Very True... I just loaded firmware 1.23 and noticed "maybe there before" but it now supports flex fuel sensor and not just a switch ... So 0-100% ethanol content and have a 100-163% "adjustable percentage as well" enrichment depending on the amount detected by a real-time ethanol sensor... SO Bad ass as I will be running pump E85 and sometimes it E75 and sometimes E88 or who knows where it ends up at but don't matter because it will adjust on the fly and it also has timing advance based on Ethanol content.. SO SICK

Yea, I've read a lot about the flex fuel stuff. Very cool technology. I'm running the old school MS1 with msnse and it fits my needs perfectly.
