Kenny, what do your Idle steps table look like? are you using the stock nissan IACV?

A 94 ford escort gt crank sensor works great with these.

im using the stock nissan's AAC and FICD ( aircon ), remember to use pwm contol with 160 hz or anything nearby .. FICD will be engage together with aircon relay .. so no need to worry about it.

Im currently testing the stock sr20det trigger wheel, wheel pattern of 360 / 16-12-8-4 ( our VE is 360/ 8-2-2-2 which is not supported at the moment ), i got it from junkyard for 15 bucks ... haha... i will show the testing result by tomorrow , it will be a very good news for other forumer to upgrade standalone if it works.

The result is not so good at the moment, im experienced some loss sync issue when rev the engine more than 2k rpm .. trying to find out the problem ..

Anyway, im now running on the hand-cut 360/8-2-2-2 disc to become 36/1 , use jb weld to cover up the rest of extra slot ... engine's responsive is great ... signal stay clean til 8300 rpm ... i didnt go any further on my 16ve cam.. now doing other wheel patterns testing which i got them fairy cheap from junkyard.

did you get sync loss with the 360 / 16-12-8-4 wheel? can you post up pic of your log? sync was ok for me, but I didn't do much high rpm testing. I think I only went to 5k iirc before I tore down the wiring system. are you using the VR circuits? (opto may not cut it).

and thank you sir for the pwm table explanation for vvl selenoids.

awesome. Im glad somebody is out there with the MS3 on an SR20. I just ordered my MS3X and jim stim and I cant wait to put it all together!! I'll be running on a U12 DET in my 91 B13 hopefully with the stock ignition. From what I understand all that is really needed is a different trigger wheel for the optical CAS and MAP/IAT. but I guess im just gonna find out. Did you build yours DIY?
