The AEM CAS wheel is perfectly symmetrical. If you take it out and flip it around and put it back in, the slots end up exactly where they all were before. There is no need to worry about which way it is installed like there is with all the OEM wheels or with other aftermarket wheels I've seen.

I'm sorry you're having so much trouble. You could also give an AEM tech a call. They are willing to help.

Have you checked to make sure the spark plugs are all firing, and all firing in the correct order?

You need to physically watch the spark plugs to know if they are firing or not. I wouldn't trust the AEM parameter values to update fast enough to show you whats really going on at all. They aren't meant for that sort of thing. Also, it doesn't mean the coils are firing either, it just means AEM tried to fire them.

You might want to go into the coil dwell wizard on my calibration (if you still want to try it) and change from Honda COP to Nissan S14 (or whatever) COP to get the ignition dwell correct.
