The battery voltage should be rock steady. It should not fluctuate at all. Check the grounds and alt belt tension.

Also, what is the target idle speed and tps voltage at idle?

Problem solved:

It was something as simple as MAF placement.

The lightning MAF is very sensitive. 12" away from the turbo was not enough.

Not with my setup unfortunately.

MAF wont be needed in a few weeks anyway. AEM time.
