it would probably have a cable coming out the hole in the back if it does. If someone removed it, you could plug a new one into the bottom of the daughterboard.

I didnt know calum made basic boards with a cable interface. Whats the point if you cant retune the ecu?

just downloaded this on my home computer it has idle adjustment. that the same as the timing mide right?

sorry i don't have pics or a camera but he's right it just comes right out of the back of the ecu.

I think it may be the same, not sure. I have conzult also, its pretty nice. Let us know how it works out.

make a thread about it. I know the USB cable RT ecus tend to have the cable fall off the bottom of the daughterboard a lot, so that may have happened and the previous owner thought it was broken or something and just pulled it out, though that seems unlikely.

this is the thread that say's it's the same. the cable should come this week and next weekend i can try everything out.

cable was an option basic's i don't think people commonly bought the option.

i miss my e-manage that i had on my ve-t. it was so much easier. wideband and go! ftw lol

yuck, I hate my emanage. I know what you mean though, its simple to make changes. I had really bad results when I started messing with stuff though.

update the driver software for the cable won't run on the laptop even though it's for a vista computer like this one is.. jeesh any sugestions?
