Will you not need parameters to tune fuel, timing and other areas ? - injector pulsing etc?

You can do that with the calum realtime.

As can he also with the ultimate if that's what he's got already

The real time would be optimal, but to answer his question, the e-manage should be just fine for 200 whp

Depends where he lives and what he drives. Calum can't do realtime for N15 ECU's, so although there is other options I'd choose before the Greddy...it will do the job.
