Logworks/Calumsult problem.
Alright I guess first i should tell you my setup.

-B13
-DE+t28
-520cc
-z32
-blah blah
-Calum RT (not sure what version, i got it from a forum member about a year ago, so probably the first version)
-Innovate Lc-1

Problem: I cant get calumsult to recognize the ecu. I can open conzult and it works, I can see all my engine info while running in conzult but for some reason i can get calumsult to work. I type in 06 and 06 in the tabs at the bottom and type in the same com port number that worked with conzult, but nothing. Is there a calumsult how to thread i missed somewhere? Is there another consult program that can stream data to logworks, so i can start datalogging?

My logworks works fine all i can see is AFR.

Tuning saga, and Noob tuning his own car threads have been my bible for the last few weeks, but apperently im too noob even for the noob thread.

Any help is greatly appreciated,

Dustin

If you are using Vista right click the Calumsult exe file and in compatibility check "run as administrator" AND "compatibility for Windows XP SP2"

Ok i did that.

Now i opened logworks and the new configuration item came up and i set up my gauges for maf, tps, etc, but nothing is showing up. the guages in calumsult are on but not showing anything. I tried opening all of my com ports because i really dont know which one is which. (Any way i can figure out what number goes to what usb port?)

I noticed at the top of the calumsult tab it says logworks 2 enabled. I have logworks 3. Will that present a problem?

I need more help.

Thanks,

Dustin

I know I use the LW2 beta to stream into Logworks.

Here's a quote from Calum regarding the compatibility with LW3

Hope some if this helps. It's really a great tool to have.
