Thread: Conzult and Vista

So I just installed Conzult on a new Vista laptop, the installation seemed fine and copied with no apparent problems. However when I try and run it, I get "The program has stopped working" and then an error.

I then came to my work PC (Win XP) downloaded it again from the same source and it runs on my desktop

I have tried changing the setting for default run mode from Vista to XP SP2, but that also did not help.

Anybody else have this issue?

Yep. Never could get NDS or Conzult to run "properly" in Vista. I ended up downgrading to XP SP2 from Vista for the tuning laptop.

I run NDS 1.5 well on Vista Home Premium, also tried conzult w/o issues.

I check the "XP SP2 compatibility" and also the "run as administrator" boxes. You should try that to see if it helps, cause I dont have any issues really.
