Nismotronic on Ubuntu?
Can this be done already? Any plans on making it work if not? I have a netbook that runs really fast with Ubuntu and want to use it to tune the car with.

You might be able to do it if you can use an emulator of some sort. But at the moment it is not cross platform.

I would recommend using Virtual Box and I believe it supports Ubuntu. Run virtual box with your flavor of windows of choice.

Wine will not run properly this programm. At best it will run but the letters will be unreadable.Your best bet as mentioned will be setting a virtual box with the windows of your choise. It will run properly and you'll be able to work.

I have yet to actually test the connectivity using wine, but the nismotronic trial runs just fine through wine on my Ubuntu netbook.

Thanks for the input guys.
