I think this is the same one he purchased. I see two model numbers ending in "10200".

Yes, the 10 gallon unit with 5.30 CFM @ 90 PSI is the right one. Umm... the 110V unit, not the 220V unit. That seems to be the difference in the part numbers.

I updated the links in the first post.

Yep. Although a quick call and they sent the free replacement parts out without any trouble. Both the drain valve and a new finned cover.

Got those pics up.
I decided to save the finned cover replacement job for later/never.

I upgraded from the typical "M" fittings to the "V" fittings for more flow once I learned they existed.
This is a no-brainer.

Milton-M-style = 5.12mm
Milton-V-style = 6.90mm

The plastic hose from the shut-off valve to the output rail has sprung a leak.

Good thing it happened while I was home, and working in the back yard, so I heard it.
I was out back tearing out an exterior wall to fix a leak in our washing machine drain. Which incidentally has probably been leaking for over 12 years (since before we bought the house)!

I'd left the compressor plugged in, so had I not been there, the unit would have just run all day long until it burnt itself out. I really lucked out there, and won't be leaving it plugged in anymore.

According to California Air Tools, parts out of warranty are supplied by Master Tool Repair. It seems my exact model is not listed, so I'll have to call/e-mail to figure out the right part.

Seems the CAT-10020 is the same (for parts anyway) as the 10020SQ on the parts web site,
It looks like I need the "upload tubing" part #42 and probably the two end fittings to make things easier which are part # 43.
I'll place the order and hope for the best.

This is actually quickly becoming obnoxious, as I had to top off the E91 tires with a cigarette power unit I luckily still have around. And I'll need it again very soon for other projects.
Right now I have so many immediate fires to put out, it would be comical if I weren't so literally sick and tired and buried under a million things to do.

Edit: Their website let me get all the way to entering my credit card and then failed because they are using non-standard draft-spec JavaScript which is fucked.
I have called and placed the order, and confirmed with them that I am ordering the correct parts. Now we wait.
