Have you had a chance to use it yet? Review?

I have recently expanded my line of both Milwaukee 12v and 18v items. I picked up the 12v multi-tool which has kicked some serious butt. With the regular 12v battery I'm getting about 30 minutes a charge while using it at full power. So far it hasn't been a problem as I have 2 batteries and they charge so fast. I also just got their rotary tool, which I haven't used yet. I got both as a bare tool since the original tool I got had a charger and 2 batteries (post #5).

I've had a need for more heavy-duty stuff, and I just found a sale on the Milwaukee 18v drill and driver combo kit for only $199 at Amazon.

Most places have it for $299, so that's a heck of a price for two drills, two batteries, and a charger. The impact driver equates to about 117lb-ft of torque and there is a video review of it on youtube where a guy torque's his altima lug down to 110ft-lbs and then pulls off the lug easily with this wrench. Not having to use the bulky corded Harbor Freight impact will make life much easier! Anyway, I thought I would share, and post a review of that ratchet!

So I notice a co worker than has one of these. I wasn't to impress, one also had a snap on too nothing to write home about. INGERSOLL RAND seems to be the more powerfull one.

Also isfahan, that's a impact driver and not a 3/8 where you can just stick socket into.

When it comes to impact, I haven't found anything better than dewalt. I have a 12v 3/8 impact, 3/8" 1/2" 18v and a 20v 3/8" all strong, fast and light.

Yeah, I know it isn't 3/8 or 1/4 like my harbor freight one, I will need to buy adapters. But that shouldn't be too big of a deal. At that price I don't think I can beat it.

Isfahan - unfortunately Ive been sick a lot this month, so didnt spend much time in the garage. Hoping to do some work this weekend with it.

That Milwaukee drill combo is nice, I bought the Ryobi Lith Ion combo for $99 at Home depot & got the 1/4 impact with the intent of using it for wheels. Its rated to 1600 inch lbs, which is 133 ft lbs. I havent used it on the car yet, but for driving screws into plaster walls its been great. No pre-drilling needed, puts them right in.

Keo - my 1/4" impact came with a set of these to use for sockets.

I ended up using the ratchet for first time today. Was pretty impressed with the power it had, only had to break 2 bolts by hand first. Granted I was only installing FSTB & RSTB, but for big projects this will definitely be a big time saver. Its light weight for its size & still had almost 100% battery left when I was done.
