I am using A32 Maxima rear calipers in this upgrade. They will not work with any NX nor B14 rear rotor (too small in diameter), nor any 01 SE rotor (too small and incorrect bolt pattern). At least they will not work correctly. B15 and NX rotors are not the same bolt pattern, so they will not just "go right on." They will work with A32 Maxima rotors, but those are drilled 5x114. There is no way you can drill 1 hole and get them to fit. The B15 SpecV with the factory Brembo option REAR discs are the same dimensional size as the A32 rear rotors and they are drilled 4x114 from the manufacturer. This gives you 2 options - 1) have a machine shop drill them a second set of holes at 4x100 or 2) over bore to the side the existing holes down to 4x100, (which is what I had Mark do for me). The B15 rotors have the same hub bore center so everything stays lined up just like it should be.

I don't know, and further more, I wish people would stop posting "theorized" bad information. It confuses new or inexperienced people who don't know what to believe.
