Answer to ebrake seal below...
First off, i had the idea to add the torque settings to the thread since i had my service manuals out for rear disc and pad replacement thisafternoon:
Torque member -> Hub = 54-64NM
Caliper to Torque Member (ie Guide Pins) = 31-41NM
Brake Line Bolt = 17-20NM
Bleed Nipple = 7-9NM
Since i've been looking over this FSM for the torque settings, which is a lot easier when you have the actual books in front of you! i have an update on the red and orange greases:
Inner piston seal and outer dust boot = Rubber Grease Point
Pad slide shims = P.B.C (Poly Butyl Cuprysil) grease or silicon-based grease point.
Now is anyone a grease expert to be able to decipher which might be red or orange?!
On the ebrake seal, yes it does come in the rear seal kit. I'll try to find a photo as i'm sure i have one of it all laid out. From my memory of building rear calipers, the cylinder that goes through that seal and actuates the cam rod inside the caliper would have to be removed. To remove the cylinder that you can see outside the caliper, you'd need to remove the cam rod inside the bottom of that cylinder inside the caliper, and that requires pretty much a full strip down from memory.
