I was thinking something like that would be awesome for the 20th of the B13. Of course that would take A LOT of planning and coordination to get any convention attendees, that want to go, there for however long and on time.

Well I guess we could start planning Nashville for 2012. Trust me with the phone calls I recieved from Joe to get 2009 going. We could start planning now and have it almost ready. I wonder if the road course will be done by then?? I could think of a few people right off the top of my head that would be great for planning.

My advice is that if you are really "interested" in bringing it back south for 2012, start planning now. First, find a track. Without someplace to run, a convention doesn't happen. Bring as much information as you can get together and SHOW UP in Omaha so we can talk about it. If you don't come to the convention, you'll never host one. I'd be happy to help if you ask, but I don't want to run point again.

No arguing there. What road course are you speaking of? I know Nashville Motor Speedway has one, our SCCA region uses twice during the summer. Unless they are repaving it or something that I haven't heard about.

I'm interested in bringing it to Nashville because of the Anniversary of the B13, which I suppose we could do in the 4 year span of it's production. However, I personally don't think I'm responsible enough to "run the show" so to speak. I'd be more than willing to help, if someone wants to.

I just thought I would throw the idea out there and see what people think. If it helps to get the ball rolling for 2012 that's even better.
