As for what happened, we're not exactly sure just yet.

He had a brain aneurysm a few years back. We're thinking that might be the deal again. I'll update this as soon as I find out.

Thanks for the kind words, folks

I'm pretty sure everyone that's able to go knows about this, but the funeral is Thursday at 10am. It is being held at Floral Haven in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

There were a bunch of us that met Dave when he had his b15 through the now-defunct MySpecV.com. We're all in the St. Louis, MO area. In honor of Dave, the St. Louis guys are going to be holding a car meet here at some point over the summer. In tribute to Dave, we're going to be collecting money for MDA /ALS research, since that's what Dave's mother was afflicted with. He was very close to his mom and it devastated him when she passed a couple of years back.

If any of you guys are interested in going, I'll make sure to stay in touch with this site (hell, an sr20 could still go in my 02 se-r shell... lol). All cars will most definitely be welcome. We're a hospitable bunch and would love to have anyone and everyone here.

wow, they are like ticking time bomb anyway. Extremely hard to detect especially with such a young age.

i wish i would have known, i would have gone to his funeral..

he did seem really down a few days prior when I took a look at his new Harley, he worked two jobs, both buildings he worked at were next to the place I work downtown, Tulsa.. the Hyatt (formerly The Crowne Plaza) and Tulsa World newspaper.. he was a very generous, hard working, good father, excellent mechanic... i'm still in shock
