You can move me to the "definitely going" list. As bad as the weather is supposed to be, perhaps a few more will join.

PLAN IS TO MEET AT TRACK21 BY 1PM ON SUNDAY JANUARY 9TH!!! I will be leaving bay brook mall at 11:30. Hopefully my friends from down way south (lake jackson) will make it there in time.

Sounds good. I'm in Baytown, so I'll probably just head straight there. Depending on the weather and traffic I should be able to make it on time; may have to leave a little early. It's been a while since the last time I was there; do they have food there or should we eat before?

Awe man... I understand, if you have a house and not making over $2K a month, not worth owning a house in Houston, IMO. Regaurdless of tax benefits and loans you can obtain... which gets you in more debt... sooo I chose to rent and spend money elsewhere. I truely hope you are not one of the unfortunate souls who got sucked into an ARM on a 30 yr old house.
