That's prob because of how much timing you have, the dist is all the way towards the car that the bottom ear clears the plug..

We have 93 octane in TX

I ran the stock de ecu on mine with 22* with 91 octane up here at like 4000ft elevation with no problems

Well It was a G20 Ecu, So yes, stock DE ecu.

I am running mine at 15* right now so 20 would be better? I am also using Texas 93 octane.

Why not just use the whole VE motor and forget head swaps, i think there's not much to benefit swapping heads comments are welcomed

^How long have you been running the stock DE ECU? Do you have a MSD switch for the cams?

I have been running it for about two months now. Yes i am using an msd 8969to switch at 4100 have only lost on race to a cammed 67 vette lol. Looking at a possible dyno tune or for someone on these forums to answer my pm's so we can do business lol.
