Man. I used to hear stories about HPD on I-45 all the time. I never encountered one. I did multiple sustained 145 - 150mph runs from 610 to the Nasa rd exit on I-45 at around 2-3am. Got there in NO TIME!!! haha

I love I-45. Its perfect late at night.

The only time I encountered a cop was in Friendswood when I drove all the way from 610 to Nasa Rd exit to buy my gf some food because she was hungry at around 1am after her car accident. I was pulling in to a Taco bell and a cop was riding my ass. Pulls me over saying I was driving suspiciously.

I told him "No you were just bored late at night and have nothing to do in this area because people are babies here in Houston and go to sleep early."
I was a total douche to the cop because I knew he couldnt give me a ticket for anything. (I drive like a grandma in the city)

Stupid redneck cops. I saw him the next day and waved at him like a mentally challenged person does. =)

i have family in the hpd , one of my uncles is a active sgt and the other was the captain of the hpd but got ****ed over , hes the one that they tried to fire over the street races a few years back ... he won that case ... ive been messed with here a few times and got pulled over for racial profiling , once i told them the names of my family member the got out my car and let me go quick ... ive done a few 130-140 runs on 59 but dont do that alot
