My emissions have to by tuesday, anyone have any luck getting a ve swap to pass? If so what did you do?

i heard retard timing way back, run low octane gas and should be good. i'll be doing this in Dec, Jan months. i figured it'd be the same as doing it on my DE with out EGR crap

- Make sure you have a good O2 sensor and the MAF is reading properly.

My VE passes with no issues. I have a resistor in the EGR harness and an o2 sensor in the cat.

Thx for the advice, ill double check everything and take it in tomorrow. Also heard that a silencer in the exhaust tip helps?

never heard that.. i passed on a 3" exhaust straight through. a cat in good working order will help as well.
