Is there development with the KA and B13/14 ECU's for coil on plug?
(aka pulling the RWD SR ecu firmware off and putting it in the other ECU's)

Yes, you can run COP on a B13/14 SR or S13/14 KA as is (using original CAS) using an SR20DET ECU with the new SA version.

If you have to use the RWD SR20 ECU that means the answer was a NO.

There is no way this is possible just by using the B13/KA ECU.

The B13/KA ECUs do not have the required hardware for the additional coil outputs!
