Open offer to host sr20-forum.com
Just extending an offer to host the forum with my hosting provider due to the recent reliability issues we've all been seeing.

I've been with my current provider for 10 years now, had 99.9% uptime with my sites hosted. My account allows for unlimited hosted domains, unlimited storage, bandwidth, databases, etc.

I work in IT and know how to do this as well.

That's what I thought too, but it got moved here.

Anyways, I'm not even sure what the cause of the recent outages were and if the hosting service was to blame. Perhaps a site upgrade gone bad I'm guessing?

So even better question is how the fuck is this off-topic in the Server News section when we were talking about the exact problem that caused the forum to go blank a few days?

ok.... I'll take my logic, pack it up and call it a day, fellas.

Do you have a dedicated server or is it virtualized?

Gee wiz chillout man no need to get so bent out of shape before knowing the whole story.

All threads in Server News need approval, Ben approved it but wanted the team to discus/see it first before making it public. He then moved it to a moderator section (where root wouldn't be able to see it), thus afterwards he moved it to Off topic.

I just moved it back to server news.

Since threads must be approved for the Server News section, I didn't want this thread to seem endorsed by the forum staff in any way (since technically we have absolutely nothing to do with what Crim does or doesn't want to do regarding hosting), so after some thought I moved it to Off Topic with the expectation that it might need to be moved again.
In hindsight, Off Topic was not the right section, but these things are easily fixed.

It is a generous offer, and it was passed directly on to Crim at the time it was made.

Not dedicated. It would be on a physical shared hosting server. Currently running dual quad core AMDs with 32GB on Debian.
