I'm only aware of one user. However, I too have not been looking. My gut tells me it is quite rare, maybe even this being the first. (Most realize there is more support for their cause in the user Feedback section. And personally, the Feedback section does seem to be able to deal with these issues better.)

If it isn't in iTrader or the User Feedback section (with details, enough so the other party can refute if possible) then it can't be considered, can it? For those listening, get the details out in public please. That means iTrader or User Feedback on this forum.

I agree there is not enough transparency. This is one of the things I have always been about, and this thread is a perfect example. I try to be as forthright as I can be, and if you ask I will respond. Obviously there needs to be a section for the admins/mods to discuss matters, but I agree sometimes it seems like too much happens behind closed doors. While you shouldn't have to ask and beg for information, ask without derailing other topics and I/we will respond. I aim to be as free with info as I can be, usually trying to put info out before anyone even asks.

If I hear of it and you don't, I dunno what the problem is.

Helping the community requires great efforts.

Hurray for progress since I now see the little Feedback score now visible to users. A step towards kewl-ness, I can support.

The mods are doing fine. People should read more carefully but maybe the user feedback should be more of a scarlet letter versus scrolling to the fifth dot to find out. I always do this but now that I think of it... it might not be obvious to new users.

Also maybe Chappy should get a temp assignment hocking SR20 parts on craigslist for a few months... just saying.

I have been buying and selling on here for a little while now and on ebay for about 10 years. Sometimes I can't get the parts I sell out in the timeframe originally stated due to work/military obligations but I always try to stay in constant communication with the buyers and keep them updated with the situation. When I am the buyer I also try to be quite patient with things as I know other people have lives and shit happenings just as much as I do. However, if someone registered as a vendor and I am purchasing from them as a vendor, thats a different story. I feel as a vendor you are expected to have the same business practices as a full fledged business.

I think it was discussed before (may have been another forum, it was while ago) that if someone is selling items at a high volume that constitutes the seller needing to register as a vendor. I am unsure of the implications of that, but maybe its something to think about. The added responsibility and pressure of being a vendor may make the person take things a bit more seriously.

I don't know, just thought I would throw it our there.

Edit:

My feedback score is 100% with only 2 posts. I have sold more than that but have not had an issue, or at least one that couldn't be resolved. I am sure that most transactions that work out probably don't get the feedback since "all is good".
