i only got results from 2008 and 2009...

tried another search... only 1 result is from 2012 and the rest are from 2009 and older.

Tell me specifically what you're doing. What search type, etc. Look under additional options - I think your results are being sorted by relevance, not date.

I do like the old search better thats for sure. I had the same problem when I tried searching. Its mostly all old stuff that pops up. I like how the old search put all the newest and recent first

Reverted back to default search from Google Enhanced Search. Seemed to be too many issues, just for the sake of being able to search 2 or 3 character words...

Maybe incorporate a wildcard? Or is that already usable?

It's a server setting that prohibits us from searching with 2 character minimums. I will ask @Crim to see if we can re-investigate.

i constantly find myself having to press the ctrl + f5 to view every page
