You can guess which un named vendor has brought this idea to mind, but we will for now leave said vendors name unmentioned.

It would be great to have a specific "Vendor Moderator". Vendors would not have control of deleting/editing posts and threads. They would instead have the option to "Flag" a thread or post to be viewed by said "Vendor Moderator", at which time that person could decide if the post/thread legitimately warrants deletion.

I don't know if you noticed, but the admin/mods are on this and have restored everything. Some smrt guys I tell ya.

I don't see the need for that type of restriction on the vendors. Giving them a lot of control over their own section makes total sense to me.

If you want to bring issues to the attention of the general public, there is the Feedback section for that very purpose.

What you're proposing wouldn't help avoid what has recently happened, and it would only be a punishment to the good vendors.

Agree after hearing your valid points. Was just a quick thought in my moment of rage.

Better option seems to be removing OEM from vendor list if he hasn't been already :x

He's been banned, forever.

what about his section? why is "banned" not under his username?
