Having newbs post something for sale should be allowed. Every time I saw a newb try selling something that I was interested in I would ask them if they had any kind of feedback from anywhere. Most of the time, they had ebay feedback, or itrader from a different forum.

Having a post count before being able to sell would be ok, if its like 5 posts. 50 is way to high. I dont post anymore unless its in members rides or selling some of the 200 parts I have laying around.

On B20v, you have to reach a post count of 30 to make a thread anywhere. The only problem is, is that what the noobs end up doing is bumping threads, which then fills the website up with useless "bumps". The only way to control this, is by setting it up so that the mods can moderate the noobs post so that the mods have the authority to validate or delete a noobs post. This system also helps with getting rid of spammers
