are you still happy with the progress? i had them on my car and after a while they sucked reeeeeally bad so i got the teins

Not really. The rear is starting to sag just a bit(the pics are old - but nothing else has changed) and the ride on my tired Spec V struts leaves something to be desired.

If I had it to do over again I would go with some coilovers, but then again I've had that setup since my poor college days. I've really gotten what I paid for out of them.

it was weird, when they first came out everyone was like "the progress springs are awesome get them!!!!" and now it's like "noooooo they suck"
lol. guess it took a while for everyone to see how crappy the ride was

You also have to look at the alternatives at that time. Back when I got mine in '02 or '03 the aftermarket was just now taking notice of the Spec V which eventually opened up alot of different options.
