Radiator fans do not turn off!

I'm have a problem with the radiator fans on my car. Whenever the car is running the fans are running. They never shut off! I tried changing the coolant temperature sensor, but it did not do anything!
I have a JWT ecu. Could that be the reason why the fans are on?
Any ideas?

Fans turning on with the key on accessories is commonly a symptom of a coerupted chip or tune

I guess I will sent a message to JWT and see what they say. It just has the tune they installed on the ECU.

I have the opposite problem, fans won't turn on. I replaced the CTS, no luck, so I just jumped out the relay, so now it runs all the time. I guess I should get in touch with JWT.
