Well guys an update on this...i found wheelmart of sorts lol. this place has aisles and aisles of wheels,so i found a set of bronze 16x7 +34 CR Kai with some minor curbage,but nothing bad. So i ask the owner of the place and after examining the wheels he says : ¥18,000 (~$186)

Now i have to find some decent tires
