It's hit or miss whether you will need to slightly enlarge the holes in the header for the exhaust manifold studs. Sometimes yes, sometimes no. I just ran a drill bit through all the holes and cleaned them out.
Also, expect major challenges connecting the EGR pipe that descends from the intake manifold to the header. It's often easier to delete the EGR system entirely than to get this connection correct. If you have to run EGR for emissions testing, expect some difficulty making the connection. The key is to loosen the EGR pipe at the intake (but don't pull those two bolts all the way out) and tighten the connection at the header before tightening the manifold bolts. Then tighten everything down and hope it works.
