Yes, the 20 years old thing still suprises me, because my first car was a '93 Sentra XE back in like 1999, still can't believe it's been that long

if you don't mind the drive i always find super clean ones here in va. none of my 5 have had rust or even more than a little ding in the body. always find perfect interiors too. last se-r was single owner, 9/10 overall condition with an oil starved motor for $300.

very very true. alot of old and new sr20 owners dont realize that mint se-rs are few and very far bewteen. so buying one that needs a lil work isnt a bad option.

ive owned 7 sr20 b13s 4 nxs and 3 se-rs. all of them were in good to really good to mint to out the show room floor
shape.

only 3 of them had 0 rust. my 2nd and current nx2k, my 3rd nx2k and my first se-r. those 3 cars had not a spot of rust with mint interiors. the other four had spots here and there, none of those four though had bad rot etc.

just gotta keep searching, they will pop up. dont disregard one that has a tiny bit of rust or needs a bit of work. its always worth the peace of mind to get rust repair and new paint.

stratton.

Yea, I could deal with some minimal rust like the fender edges or whatever. A hookup paintjob with me doing the prep would be $1000. I can't stand black or bright red cars, I'd probably make an exception for a red SE-R if it needed next to nothing, not likely with 90's red paint though. Sad part is I still have a 1992 Nissan Sentra brochure....
