Misfiring only in certain RPMs
So we got the car to finally turn on, but it starts to misfire in the 2800-3400 rpm range,
I happened to my old de too, any ideas?

take it to the basics. check plugs, wires, tps, dizzy rotor and cap. See if it's pullin any codes.

well that problem was my first priority to fix, but I think I might a bigger issue now.
My radiator keeps throwing coolant into the the container to the left at a fast rate, it sometime wants to overflow the container, also My my brakes have air in them, but I never took them off, I haven't had time to bleed them but I find it weird that they have air in them, think it's possibly the master cylinder?

Best bet on the brakes is try a gravity bleed and see if it gets better. Did u do a compression and leak down test on the engine? Is the car over heating when it's bubbling over?

yeah that's what we're going to try with the brakes but I need someone to push down on the brakes, and it really only does it when the car is off. Tomorrow we're going to run all the test, I really hope it isn't the head gasket we just finished putting the new engine in!
ah I'm hoping for the best because I'll have to sell the SER if I can't get it to run right, ahhh!!!

We had the throttle open to 4000rpm for a good while and it didn't overheat one biit

clamp all ur brake hoses and keep ur foot on the brake, if it keeps on going down then its ur master cylinder, and dont go ape shit clamping the hoses, just snug enough with a vise grip

I remember having a stumble/miss at lower rpms during normal acceleration in my NX2000 many years ago. There was a fix that Nissan dealers were doing and I remember reading about DIY. Can't remember if it was a grounding issue, but it wasn't something ignition related if I remember correctly.
If the radiator is constantly pushing into the overflow, you may have a headgasket issue. Need to perform a "block" test of the coolant to check for engine gases. You use a syringe type thing to suck some coolant in and it turns yellow from green or something like that if there's carbon in your coolant.
