B13 5 Lug Question (Need Help With Big Brake Upgrade On Rear) 2-4-2012
2-4-2012 : As I Have All The Parts For The Front . I Thought Hard Bout The Rear But Wanted To Upgrade The Rear While Completing The 5 Lug Conversion . What Can I Use To Do The Big Brake Upgrade & Being Able To 5 Lug ?

I was told I can use 91-94 max front hubs calipers rotors n mounts & the rear max hubs rotor calipers n mounts.

Been reading and read bout more forums using the 300zx n redrilling.
I don't want to redrill. Can I just using a ccomplete 91-94 max setup.

Update 11-29-11

As i continue to read and research for an easier way . i found this in the old forum

93 altima spindle 93 maxima hub assembly and for the rear maxima hub bearing assembly. some say u need a sleeve to make the rears work depends on what car u doing it on

also for you b13 guys you gotta use g20 axles if u do it that way

what is your opinion on this setup . to me it seems to be earier cause i have access to all these parts .

what year g20 axles do i need ?

Update 12-26-2011

Bought A Set Of B15 Front Spindles (00-01 Se)
Using A 89-94 Rotors (Re-Drilling Hubs)
Still Using My Ser B13 Axles

maxima hub will not press in a b13 knuckle and even if it did the axle will need to be replace.

the guy that owned my B15 before I got it did the 5 lug swap and he re-drilled the fronts. drove it for a while with no issues at all.

you can use a b15 se spindle, it will work with your axle and get it drilled. the b15 hubs is bigger than a b13 so there's more metal.

also, i would get extended studs to be extra safe.

You can't safely re-drill 4x100 hubs to 5x114, so you'll need to run B15 knuckles / hubs and redrill from 4x114 to 5x114. For the rear, you'll have to use A33 Maxima hubs w/ machined spacers. There's a few threads on here with more details.
