should be a close race stock vs stock, the SR has better tq output off the line, and a B13 is slightly lighter. If both cars were on stock ecus w/ I H E, the GSR would have the advantage for better breathing when on the high cam (vtec)
When my B13 was I H E, I was able to keep up with a RSX-S w. I H E S2 stg2 cams and KPro tune. Once I went DET, the world was my oyster
B13 VE vs GSR both on I H E the b13 would win VE has better response and will climb those RPMs quicker than a GSR, but be dead even with a true Type R
