I would beat that car with my N/A 200SX, unless that guy put a turbo on the current 2.5L engine or did an entire engine swap (something common).

The best time i ever ran in my old red car (T28 9psi 10:1 comp) i was lined up with an 07 STI. Given the guy didnt really know how to drive, i made him look silly and i was on street tire HAHA. You'll have no problem. I even did pretty good against a 07 WRX w/ 16g 6-speed swap Cobb AP etc...

Well i drove the RS yesterday. Very unimpressive in its current NA state. I WILL be able to WALK it When the time comes. Im not worried the slightest.

its a little quicker at 14lbs, just gets plain stupid at 16lbs...

I can walk that car with my Naturally Aspirated SR20DE any day of the week and that is no surprise to me.

A bone stock b13 should have absolutely no problem with an RS, even if it has bolt-ons. I messed with one once and I was afraid it was an STi but then I caught him easily. Honestly, it is no comparison. He would have to be built n/a or boosted to even raise an eyebrow. But I still love the RS's. Excellent winter cars.

If it was my friend I would just match his speed and be like Wow I never knew those NA RS were so quick!? And then wait to hear what happens when some mini van or v6 camaro something pulls on him
