The front, facing the rim, needs to be shaved. Your best bet is to do the swap with brand new pads/rotors so you shave off as much as possible, rather than what will work with used pads. Whenever you buy new parts, you'll need to shave again, so it's easiest to do it one time. OR, just get NX wheels.

yeah, if you do the shaving off (5" angle grinder) with worn pads and rotors, when you put on new pads and rotors down the road, you'll need to grind off more.
The best way is to fit the calipers with new pads as suggested, then try to fit the wheel. It will be obvious where you need to remove material. Then grind and try to refit the wheel. Repeat this until the wheel is clear. Then do the other side. I used a bench grinder.
I hate doing this grinding and highly recommend upgrading your wheels if at all possible to avoid it.
