Thanks to Jesse Carr, my stop-sign skid plate is an absolute success. Always trust an engineer, he did this properly the entire way through. Created a solution that not only does the job, but is easy to remove/install and with steps taken for rust protection and to increase durability. He drilled out two spots in the crossmember and welded nuts in place, which means there are no exposed bolt threads to get damaged. He even welded a support beam from the skid plate over to the front subframe for extra support. When I bought that stop sign at a yard sale several years ago as a room decoration, I never thought it would end up like this! Raven is looking good and ready for whatever grassroots motorsport throws at her.

That is nice and all ( the skid plate ) but I will still be careful the stop sing will give you some protection but won't stop a rock from bending your oil pan

I swapped out my valve cover and replaced windshield. Got cover from b13sr20BB, thanks Roger!

BTW anyone have any ideas or pics of where the moved coolant overflow, I want to move to clean up bay a bit more.

If you get a bigger hose you can move the coolant overflow to the spot on the frame rail behind the strut tower and below the windshield wiper motor. I would just leave it but I understand some people like 'cleaning up' the engine bay.

Found this:

6-7 year old Place Racing passenger mount trashed

Fixed like this:

Replaced these - crossmember bushings - all trashed

Re-welded and painted jpipe
When I made this my welding skills were enough to be dangerous. Had several welds that did not penetrate well on dump tube.

Almost there!
