Thread: fog lights

sorry for all the qs lately, im trying hard not to mod this car but its inevitably...

What do you guys do for fog lights, i cut mine out cuz thats the only way they'd pass inspection on the spot, got the connectors any special size or part, thinking about just tryin to fit any from advanced...

reason: my headlights SUX ass, to the point i cant see shyt and i dont want to do HIDS for this car... thinking about changing to the jdm headlights but not sure where to get em or if thatd fix my problem...

or just get some super white xenon bulbs....

You can opt for some Tsuru headlights. Mine were great with silverstar bulbs. I now have hid's and they light everything up, not exactly a good beam pattern but I adjusted them as good as I could.

where the best place to get em?

If you have 91-92 Headlights, the sliverstars will work great. If you have plastic 93-94 headlights and they are yellow like most of the people on the forum, they want be as affective.

why did they make you cut out your Stock fog lights to pass inspection?

It was becasue the housings were cracked and i just wanted my inspection passed so i cut them out and they passed me since they were fked n e way..


another Q i got is

what (if there is) the differnt in the headlights for our car

are the JDM, MDM, Tsuru lights all the same? one have differnt markers? makes? glass? plastic? are they all bolt on ez swap with stocks/??

are the ebay ones real any good? melt leak? .. need a set soon cuz my stocks r fogged to hell and have no sight

Dick on the forums sells those Tsuru headlights on eBay. Those are the Depo kind. Some fog, fill up with water, etc. I ordered a set of headlights and corners from him off of his site, rapidcustoms.com , and loved them. For the price its not bad. I miss my OEM lights though, they fit so perfect and snug. Lost the driver side corner/headlight in an accident.

I got some OEM Hella Tsurus for sale...
