brake cooling ducts
Do any of you guys use cooling ducts? If so could you send me a pic of how you have the hub side mounted. I have been trying to find an off the shelf kit but like most things there is nothing out there for the B13. I am looking at getting a universal mount from all-star performance just not exactly sure where to mount it behind the caliper.

Thanks for the help.

you have to form your own (never seen anything 'off the shelf' available).. grassroots style is how we have done ours anyway

Mine are attached to the upright/strut bolts

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST THING I EVER DID FOR THE BRAKES ON MY RACE CAR!!!

The rotors still crack in a weekend but those are way cheaper than pads.

Thanks for the shout out @Kyle

No problem. When I saw yours at AMP in 2013, my jaw dropped and my eyes glowed staring at the soft glow of electric sex in the window!

Why are you cracking rotors? When my team was running our '91 SE-R with the NX brakes, I don't think we had to replace a rotor one in at least 6 races (About 14 hours racing per race). 2.8 mile road course, maybe that gave a bit more cool down time, but there were no ducts on that car.

Jimbo, As per SCCA IT rules, I am not allowed to run NX brakes unless I am racing an NX. I would happily run them if I could. The larger rotor would go a long way towards dissipating the heat generated by the pads. As it is I run standard SE-R brakes and Raybestos ST-41 pads. The pads work at very high temperatures which puts a big demand on the rotors. So I buy cheap rotors and for each race weekend. No big deal really. I prefer to have pads that work time and time again and once I landed on the Raybestos, I have never looked back. They are the second best thing I have ever done with my brakes!
