We are running a Front Mount intercooler with Water/Meth Injection...Heat is not an issue...yet.

yes...most likely will be moving up to a 17" wheel...not many choices for wide wheels in the current 15" configuration.

Have you guys not run in the heat yet? I'm curious if you will end up like all the turbo Miata guys having to use Inconel fasteners for everything due to heat.

Not sure why you would want to get away from 15" wheels either... Tons of good 275 wide tire choices... You have Hoosier A6, Hoosier R6,..... Shit
