Silly question. Does an Aussie Dyno Dynamics read lower than U.S. Dyno Dynamics? 201 WHP seems low for all of the mods? Car sounds awesome though!!

Dyno's are set differently. I know the dyno dynamics lets the operator input things like the mustang. Take it with a grain of salt, it's a tuning tool that often gets turned into a racing tool as people dyno race all over the place. They are all pretty much different, the dyno jet I uses reads "low" people go there thinking it's going to be a better poll and find out it's lower lol.

Ya I hear ya as far as people reading too much into the numbers sometimes. I did a little bit of reading on the dyno dynamics (Dyno Dynamics - Specifications) and saw that you could change the variables such as load and other things which would affect numbers. I just wasn't sure how much it would affect things. There is a Mustang dyno a few minutes from my place and the owner tells me his dyno reads 15-20% lower than most others.

I guess the proof is in the pudding though, that car runs super quick!!

I think that he likes to start from the back so that he can pass all of those cars. That first 3 turns is crazy, like he's in the wrong race or something.

what brakes are on that car? well done, weeellll done

Sorry about the delay in reply I've had a hell of time in the last year or so starting with me being in sendai Japan for the tsunami and losing everything here. So taken a while to get my head back in order so to speak.

Anyway brakes are R33Skyline calipers with 2 piece discs, discs are 288mm x 25 so a bit lighter then r33's pads are carbon ceramic SBS and yes no brake booster. I mounted a GTiR master cylinder direct on the firewall but up slightly and redrilled the pivot on the pedal to make a better pivot ratio. Cheap and work fantastic. Rear brakes are standard pulsar with metal pads as they don't do much work.
In those videos FD was a PAR 5.1:1 straight cut with welded diff.
Car now makes 214Hp on Aussie dyno which I'm told reads alot lower the US type but who knows the conversion. Cams at the moment are unobtanables (ie) top secret grind from Japan but engines almost same power with N1 cams. I think the best thing for VE's is compression and I mean anything over 13:1 is good and don't be shy with it I've tried up to 14.3:1 and it was great.

Glad to hear you guys enjoyed the vids I have quite a few so search sssgeoff to see them.
Cheers
