When I did this lip on that bumper there was heavy modification to the plastic in order to get it to mold around the curve of the 98/99 bumper. Which in turn means that it's much more flexable than the off the shelf Stillen lip. With that in mind you will not be able to get the right curve of this lip off the car.
This is where I say... good luck.
Unless the lip is COMPLETELY perfect it will not mold right keeping in mind that the resin will break if you try to put a straight lip on a curved surface.
You guys have to remember... there is no lip for our bumpers. So making a CF lip from a none existing lip is not easy. Unless you have the bumper and lip to make a female form.

Thats 100% exactly what I was telling them. It would have to stay on the bumper it can't come off.
