C-Pillar Braces
I think these would be a simple and effective mod that would be easy for you guys to make. C-pillar braces bolt in using the seat belt bolts and brace the c-pillars to stop chassis flex. Here is a link to give you an idea these are for 240sx's Megan Racing - 1989-1998 Nissan 240SX Coupe Interior C-Pillar Bar - At KGS Engineering.

A triangulated rear strut tower brace does what this does and is already being made by another forum vendor. Without triangulation, a c pillar brace would be a waste of time, in my opinion.

I agree with Happynole, the RSTB is a better choice. I guy I know has a very done up 240sx with the c pillar brace and I am sure it makes a difference but you need to consider the diff in space between the top bar on an NX's RSTB and the c pillar mounts and the same on an 240sx. I really think there is less reason for these on our cars. Honestly I can drive 1hr to my uncle's fab shop and get one made and have not bothered. I think mu RSTB does a damn fine job.

Finished and installed, at the last minute the paint balm started spitting and so paint job is not perfect but looks pretty decent IMO.

I think for b14's these would be effective because the rear strut bar is not mounted as high as it is on b13s and nx's.On b14s the rear strut bar mounts low in the trunk. When I am going down my driveway I hear a lot of chassis flex coming from that area. I already have stephens x brace, and octotats rear strut bar. Before puting those bars on I didnt hear that chassis flex, so I think its the force being redirected to the top of the car. If I were to add one of these bars bracing the top part of my c-pillars where the seat belt bolts are I think it would help reduce that.

^I don't think that's the case. What you're hearing is more than likely just the rstb getting some stress put on it causing it to squeek and what not.

I dont know it sound like its coming from the top of the car but you might be right I should take off the bar and see if it makes the noise still. I might borrow my friends c pillar bar from his s14 who knows it might fit the b14 the seat belts mount almost in the same place.
