Well, I think I might as well just keep it.
I don't forsee anyone paying money for my Geo clone.. So I might as well just build it faster, stronger, and less corrosive than it is.

I really am wondering about several things I would like to do.

Pretty much, I love the simplicity of AaronX interior.. So I think maybe a mazworx u weld roll bar and a part out of interior pieces are in order in the future. However I will want to keep the door panels. Fix whatever surface rust I can find and paint the interior black probably like AaroNX has.

Besides that, I really think a long term overhaul of the car is in order if I plan on keeping it for a long time, which unfortunately I think I am stuck with it. As much as I would like an FRS as a new car, 5K or so sunk into the Nx will probably rape an FRS and to have such a rare car on the road will be more satisfactory.

I stumbled upon some new front bumpers today, and I must say the VRS bumper really does look nice.

one of the few bumpers besides the MS front lip to look good. I am still up in the air on the rear bumper that goes with this kit though.

When I go this route ( I plan on living lean, working my ass off at the new job in hopes of getting a raise in almost 3 months, but if not owell), I might as well drop the engine, and just tackle the chassis ,get it painted, all the while building the engine. At this point it may as well be an option to do the VE build other forum members encourage me to do with my love for N/A. So Stratton, watch out.

When this thing would get painted, it will be OEM cloud white.

I never thought anyone would want to model any part of their car like mine. Thanks, and GOOD LUCK man.

Dude, I really look up to your build. It's not some hack job and the car is clean as hell. Yes, its stripped and may have holes cut in the bumper, but its done right. I have a lot of respect for people who think about doing something before just getting a sawzall.

IF it is okay I will be glad to PM you with some questions of how you went about several things on the car.

In the end I would like to have the interior similar to yours, with a roll bar and a single racing seat/harness.

I REALLY would like to know what exhaust setup you are running down to every bolt and hanger. The car sounds perfect for a 3 inch DE. When I saw the videos and hear more of that sweet DE intake over the 3 inch, I know it was done well.

Did your car have any typical rust issues that seem to plague all of us NX owners when you started the build?

I think when the time is right I would like to drop the engine out and tackle the chassis all at once while building up an engine setup to compete in Street Mod SCCA solo racing. Might as well have fun the way I want to build the car instead of complaining how a civic weighs 500lbs less. i'll Just enjoy the power of the SR

PM me all you want. Or just ask here, either way I'll answer best I can. The exhaust has NO resonator, a dynomax bullet race muffler under the shifter, and a cheap thrush muffler in the rear. You're going by the sound in my vids, don't get confused by what you hear over your computer, my car is LOUD!!!! My car has VERY little rust, and it's just now starting to pop up. It's all surface rust where the hatch closes at the top and around the t-tops/windshield, and nowhere else.

youre lucky then on the chassis. Mine is not as bad as most, but there is some popping up. The hatch is by far the worse when it comes to being repairable. The rest is just basic stuff..

Im surprised that is all you are running on the exhaust. I have the hotshot Gen 6 with 3 inch collector, 3 inch VRS stainless exhaust with nothing but the magnaloud muffler in the back.

if you dont mind me asking, what is the length of the dynomax bullet muffler? This may work with one of the easy fix options I have been thinking about.

You're in luck. This one is longer than mine, so it'll be quiter.
