Okay, I'm struggling to put a price on that wiper stalk. I have 4 complete units (so including the light control stalk), and they fit right into a USDM NX (tried it myself). So just a simple swap of the unit, and you'll have variable wiper speed.

Now for a price, excl. shipping, that is.

Can you post up a pic of what's included in the stalk?
Any chance of finding an ms designs rear bumper spoiler with the edm rear bumper?

There's 1 I know of that I can get. It's quite expensive, though. And shipping will be to.
