From an outsider looking in:

CT is okay. I wouldn't live there though. I do have lots of "family" there, and they're a great group of crazy people that I'd like to visit more often than I have, however I wouldn't call it a family oriented area. See, going up there and playing with the boys would get me in trouble with the wife if we lived in CT.
