Did you get the correct spark plug gaps? I too purchased 1.1mm plugs, and gapped them down to 0.8mm before they went into my turbo build..

Not as of yet, I have ordered them, should be here before the retune. Did they make a big difference Dala?

Not for me since I was only running 7psi at the time and not really pushing it. But now I run 12psi, and would never run such a huge spark gap. It really depends on how much boost you run.

Speaking of boost, I looked at you .tcd, and noticed this:

That means the maximum possible maf value when the car is hot = 220. Anything more than that, and it will cut ignition. Raise this parameter if you think your maf should go higher than that. (Don't ask me that, I threw my MAF away and went with MAP )

I am running stock boost on a GT2860rs 10psi, N62 MAF.

is that value Dala refers to of use only with the EBC enabled , as I am currently not running it?

It is always active, regardless of EBC setup.

OK thanks for the clarification, as you can guess I am new to this , however I have help from some one who has a bit of experience. Should I scale the increase from the start of the values, or just raise the max of the 3 values? ie 60,80,100. I have just fitted the new .8mm plugs and am going for a quick test drive.

The change of plugs is a success, seems good all the way to 8100. I tried to make those MAF overboost changes , however I could not open nismotronic, it was open but seemed to be minimised. I received a message later to remove it from program files, but it is in documents. might just re download it. I still have another issue but I guess that's for another thread.

Good thing the plugs solved it

Here's how to setup the boost limiter for your setup. Find out what MAF values correspond to different boost pressures. For a 10psi setup, I'd configure it like this:

It's a great feature, that could save your engine if your wastegate wouldn't open. It also makes sure you don't push a cold engine. Take advantage of it

If improperly setup it will cause you issues when you up the boost. To completely disable it, change all values to 255. But I recommend tuning it

EDIT: Another negative thing about limiting the boost, is that it can become dangerous in traffic. Say you want to quickly merge into a lane, with a cold engine, and mash the pedal. Impossible, since it will cut ignition. Take great care with low boost limits!

Good to note, I probably wont have that issue here on the gold coast as you would in Finland. The engine is hot by the time I get out of the driveway, well almost.
I will probably put the ebc , logging etc on hold for a bit as I want to fit my intake plenum I got coated with new manifold that I have had sitting around for 2 years.. Just a quick retune to adjust for raised vvl/tps switching.
